95% of the hashrate controlled by one entity?

I have noticed that 95% of the hashrate is controlled by one entity, spread over leaf and zenprotocolpool mining pools.

Who is this entity is maybe a moot question but the real question is how is all right from a decentralization point of view?

Are there any plans to change the mining algorithm to prevent this?

In theory there is Multi Hash Mining which was planned. Would need some experienced devs to get that done. With Yesod still not released, multihash mining might take some time to get to, with the current speed of development…
